I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location in the entertainment district of LA Live was superb and the views of downtown LA were stunning, there were some service issues that affected my stay. The hotel rooms were spacious with 2 double beds, but the service lacked consistency and professionalism.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, surrounded by everything you need, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. However, there were some issues with the service that could use improvement. The views from the rooms were stunning, but the dining options were somewhat limited. Despite a few drawbacks, the overall experience was positive and worth the value.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown LA with easy access to entertainment venues and great restaurants. The rooms were spacious and modern, offering amazing views of downtown LA. The service was exceptional, with early check-in and late check-out provided. The dining experience was included with my Junior King Suite rate and the Colombian coffee was a delightful touch.
